Berlin Doner wasn't born in a corporate kitchen. It started with a rotisserie, a recipe passed down through generations, and a belief that doner should taste the way it was meant to — bold, honest, and made with real ingredients.
We opened our doors on MacDougal Street because this neighborhood deserved something real. Not fast food pretending to be quick. Not frozen meat sliced thin and hope-filled. Just properly seasoned meat, slow-roasted over heat, wrapped in bread that's baked fresh, and vegetables that actually crunch.
